Indians too can learn from this lesson-study system of Japanese. However, Japanese high school students need to improve their creativity - my Prof. Schiefelbein had been their to help them improve. However, teachers are primarilty responsible for their students' behavior even after school. One of my female classmates had to go to police station to file complaint about a wayward student who did not turn up home even at 3am - the parents called the teacher to take action -and she did!
