Violation of Human Rights on people of North-East by Indian Govt.
- Did not --after British hurriedly left in 1947educate NE peoples about the realities on the ground and ask them if they want back Pre-British East India Company Status. Or do you want hegemonistic rule from Delhis power base.
- Did not between 1947 and 1950 hold Referendums with universal suffrage of Original inhabitants/Clans to arrive at the peoples desires-- (1 above) before incorporating the same in the new Socialistic Pattern of Society-- Constitution being written to seal the fate of Democratic India for ever.
- Did not treat NE Inhabitants as equals. Junglees, Asamis are used even today.In 1958 J.L Nehru asked Asamis, shouting so much for a refinery, can they run it? Imagine the father not being able to treat every child as equals and with dignity!! If you have a Race/Caste/Superiority complex , you are breaking my HR again.
- Reciprocity, Transparency never implemented actively, consciously, proactively. If 5 Lakh Marwaris are allowed to scoop out all of Assams purchasing power, what mechanisms were put in place for 5 Lakh Assamese to do the same in India? If you send 500 IAS/IPS and 50,000 Central Pensionable Govt. /undertaking job holders to live like lords in Assam ,why did you not allow our reciprocation in quantity? You can argue like Nehru did Can you run it? Surely we can-if you can. Train us .If you have to taunt You lack
Capital I shall ask you to pay for what you looted, with 7% compound interest ,at Dollar rates- since 1947.Where did you get all your Capital from? If you taunt You are not fit I shall have to reciprocate: Send your Olympic Heroes to teach us Excellence.
- By allowing destruction of our forest wealth and not paying anywhere near the true sale value, by showing as Stock Transfer to your Head Office outside NE. Same for the Tea. We know who gets what on the way from the fake Auctions till the final consumer. Same for all the Gas flared and the Petroleum not converted to High-Value end proucts-1962-2004
- By imposing credit control and denying Industrial licenses for Unviable projects, you made NE Economy a farce. You would never allow us to be Self-Reliant even in basic foods . You had to keep NE a dependant consumer forever. Thats why you plan 4-lane super-highways. Eyewash like NEDFi Haat and the extra-constitutional NEC are more violations on my HR.
- You may be a genius but you did not show me those qualities by making me feel small ,incapable ,unsure of anything. Through your wretched Constitution I had no choice but to vote for mediocres ,imbeciles, crooks. You destroyed all my creativity, self-reliance and courage. You destroyed my Human Rights. That is why I must have my sovereignty back NOW- to make you a great Nation .
