Detection of "Ploy" is part of the "cunning" game. How will PCG play out the rest of the game? Not playing is one option, but is that "cunning"? Another option is to negotiate the rules of the game and then play - that'd be "cunning".
We'll wait and see.

Mukulda, will you please update us? Does the Indian Govt specify which are the four members they want in the talks? Sorry if I have missed something before. Mukulda, is it allowed to talk about what the PCG talked, demanded to Indian govt in the last meeting?
