The fact that state govts., created in the image of the Center, and controlled by the center, are just as ineffective and bogus as they are in Assam. And every state is crying about it. Oh I realize it is only a SEGMENT of the population; those who are aware of what is going on--unlike say our NRA experts. The clueless but privileged elite are happy as clams. And why shouldn't they be? Why would they want their golden goose killed?
