even in the Hindu(Dalit ) -Muslim riots (only exchange of brickbats) in Jaipur Hasanpura area in Jan 2002 - the Hindu Valmikis were saying that it is mostly the Bangladeshis who are called in to strike at the local Hindu residents since they are undocumented and already illegal -and noone knows them .
it is a Valmiki locality bordering Muslim one) Incidently a Valmiki was chosen to Upper House of Indian Parliament from Rajasthan. Valmikis traditionally have been sweepers of the society - many still do this job in govt service though.

That
jihadi groups in Bangladesh are working overtime on their sinister designs against India, collaborated by similar Pakistani groups and madrassa-'educated' Indian fanatics, is indicative of an axis of evil due solely to Islamic radicalism in the subcontinent. Terror seems to be justified now against a progressive, secular Indian society because Islam seems to have been hijacked by fanatics, and the liberals remain stifled. This is what Waliullah's arrest by the Uttar Pradesh Special Task Force (STF) probing the March 7 Varanasi blasts has brought forth. Waliullah, an Imam of a mosque in Phoolpur near Allahabad, was involved in the dastardly blasts in Varanasi. A religious figure otherwise, he is the area commander of the Harkat-ul-Jihad-i-Islami (HuJI) a Bangladeshi terror group for eastern Uttar Pradesh. It was a phone call that Waliullah made to Asadullah, the chief of HuJI in Bangladesh, on February 20, requesting the latter to send some 'workers' from Bangladesh to a religious gathering near Allahabad, that helped the Uttar Pradesh STF decode the axis of evil.
According to the STF, three Bangladeshis planted the pressure-cooker bombs in Varanasi. They are still absconding. These three HuJI operatives Bashiruddin alias Bashir, Mustafeez and Zakariya were sheltered by Waliullah, before they carried out the blasts, in a rented house opposite a madrassa in Phoolpur near Allahabad. In fact, Waliullah, who was paraded before reporters after his arrest, has admitted that one of the three Bangladeshis was also involved in the Delhi blasts last October. Clearly, the axis of evil was being activated since then, with the active support of the Pakistan-based jihadi group Jaish-e-Mohammad that grooms its Bangladeshi sibling HuJI. What, of course, must act as a wake-up call to terrorism experts in India is that it is not just Pakistan that is leading the terror front against India, but it is rather Bangladesh that is of late contributing well to the axis of evil.
One wonders how a soft state as India would respond to the Bangladeshi threat. A poor nation otherwise that India helped create, Bangladesh, all these years, has been at its arrogant best due solely to India's wishy-washy diplomacy that has overlooked and even wrote off the threat the Northeast faces. If it could be Varanasi in 'mainland' India, it might be Guwahati one fine day or any other part of the Northeast. Add to this the unbridled flow of illegal Bangladeshis to Asom. Who knows these illegal hordes might have a dedicated band of jihadis to terrorize the people here as to claim that the annexation of Asom has no more remained silent, rather far more open and outrageous! Would a soft state do anything about it then?_______________________________________________
