See the map of primary school completion rate (if 100 get into grade1 how many of them graduate from grade 5) India seems to be doing better than Bangladesh!! --even rich Saudi Arabia and Guatemala --unbeleivable. with between 75-84% doing so.
Maybe Kerala , Bengal , Punjab, etc are offsetting Rajasthan, UP, Bihar where the completion rate must be about 50% or less.
Any comments?

I wonder how many of these World Bank staff has been an (over worked) teacher in rural remote area -all alone etc.I'm trying to find the lowest acceptable teacher/tutor/edu. researcher salary which US Dept of Labor finds acceptable to be given to H-1B holders --so I can take lowest paying jobs (I think between $5.5 and $10/hour) in top organizations -- I find top names pay less --just like MNCs.Anyway you cannot start dancing in one day -- step by step.
