I was awaiting proposals for implanted computer chips and hand-held scanners for all PATRIOTIC citizens to identify non-citizens and make citizen's arrests. BTW, what kinds of mischiefs are you worried about MOST? Petty crime? Dilution of the culture? Increasing the number of Muslims thereby endangering the Hindu species? Taking of citizens' jobs? Or THE grand conspiracy to take over the NE, India's ancestral property? You asked for views :)!
