Nine people have been sentenced for life in a kidnapping case in Bihar.
Kidnapping is almost an industry in the state, which is infamous for its law and order situation.
The judgement has come as a glimmer of hope as the sentence was delivered within 20 days of the start of the trial.
The case is as recent as February 2006 when a doctor was kidnapped in Rohtas district.
