The other day my landord was mentioning to his new Russian tenant that he was forced to pay $200 from his salary when he was working in Doha, Qatar in 1990s --- for cause of Chechneya rebels. Everyone had to pay --in the govt owned firm. Wonder how much they pay now. Do you? Umesh
Like in Nagaland -You pay at Entry-and all Salaried people do -Armed forces included-and of course Govt.too collectsTaxes when possible.
