Dear Mike & OthersI agree with you and the others. This is not a wholesome measure and money will go down the drains. But the the tragedy is that Government of India or the States are in all probability not going to back step, since it is one of their belated campaigns to prevent India disintegrating. You never know, perhaps the Indian press might pursue the matter at some stage. I am waiting that to happen.Bhuban
