I am with you 100%.
I was told that as soon as one enters Meghalaya from Assam on the Guwahati-Shillong road, the road become better.
There must be a some conspiracy.
I think the Center is to be blamed.
They are treating Assam like a step-child and giving more money to Meghalaya.
Damn the Center.
