May I point out a small error?
250 sq. mtr is a small fraction of a sq mile= 2,560,000 sq mtr.
"250m pixel "should be a picture element 250mx250m which will be1/41 sq.mile.
Obviously the Bharalumukh photo which showed cars and buses with large gaps are smaller than 1m pixels.
