National Rehabilitation Policy draft is now being taken for consideration and supposedly, for finalization. Draft document is available on the official web site of the Rural Development ministry - http://www.dolr.nic.in/NRP2006-draft.pdf - It is imperative to recognize the deviations and differences of this draft from the policy draft that many of us enunciated and recommended in the year 2003-04. The pressure on the ministry is apparent to facilitate quick and accelerated process of land acquisition with claims to rehabilitate the landowners.
THE RURAL DEVELOPMENT MINISTRY IS ASKING FOR REMARKS CONCERNING THIS ANTICIPATED DRAFT BY 11TH OCTOBER. WE HAVE MERE FOUR DAYS TO GIVE REMARKS ON SUCH AN IMPORTANT DOCUMENT. WE APPEAL YOU TO VISIT THE WEB SITE OF RURAL MINISTRY - HTTP://RURAL.NIC.IN/ - STUDY THE DRAFT DOCUMENT (41 PAGES) AND
