From the following I recd today it seems India's divorce laws are flawed --still. In US both parties get 50:50 of the property (unless Pre-nupital aggrements state otherwise).
"
anyway 7 years is a pretty long time to figure out what you want from your marriage isn't it, especially when you've been together for years before that too.
someone just told me the legal implications of moving on the divorce first. if he files for divorce, he has to meet my demands, if i file, all he has to do is sign. figures why he is not going ahead inspite of talking about it for so long.
am so hurt and amazed where is he getting all the strength to hurt me like this, didnt he get any companionship, happiness from me? didnt i love him? didnt he love me? not even basic concern is left.
life is wow, teaches you everyday. anyway i don't want his money, nor his property. but he's not even being man enough to talk
about it. i am not moving legally simply becos i don't want a divorce. "
