I think the biggest nuisance in Assam are the so called
VIPs underwears who run around here & there flaunting the RED Lights on their vehicles. To them traffic rules do not

I think they go to toilets also like that...tooting their sirens and telling all their family members & neighbors that they are going to the toilet.......
u see they are serving the public.
2nd biggest nuisance are the middle class educated people who park their vehicles at no parking zones...they cant read u see.....& apart from their nuclear families everybody else can go to hell....so why shd they care about traffic jams they cause by parking in no
u see.. chunnu has dance class & munnu has piano class & wifey has kitty party.
So who cares ?
Lets take photographs of vehicles parked in no parking areas & mail to the traffic police & the newspapers for some action.......
