<something to learn from>???
Umesh you can't throw the subject and hope you will get response.
The subject is so linked up with everything in life/Govt./Social balance---.
Maybe you would sigh and say : Manu was right after all--how can society survive if all are highly qualified and highly educated- where will economics go -when it is all about profits and social imbalance-.
You have chosen to Educate. You can read my today's posting-"Hire Education".
Write a thesis on whether Bush wants all of "NO CHILD LEFT BEHIND" or mechanically filling spare time?
AND move to India and sincerely /boldly defend Reservation or Manu's system ?Or something via media but predictable/pre-arranged.
Best of luck.

A powerful thriller that recreates on screen the world of Uganda under the mad dictatorship of Idi Amin. Deftly mixing fact and fiction and startlingly resonant with today's world, the film features a tour de force performance from Forest Whitaker as Amin.
