there seems to be some truth in what you say but the way you have said it
hides it. "Duck breeding president" -whats that. Who wrote the false letter
purportedly from ULFA?

Having read above I felt that I have missed the meaning of Concocted all
these years.I looked up Webster/Oxford dictionaries and was relieved that I was
almost right.
Now assuming Proful and the Media transcribed MMS correctly, Q's come up thus:
Home Minister, his Secretary Duggal, Narayanan(Nation's Security Adviser)
who all repeated in a hundred Fora--'Must have first a letter from ULFA'-
actually CONCOCTED --and took the great billion strong nation for a ride for 5
months!! And they are not sacked yet!
And he MMS, the Hi-Tech President(when he was not
Power-point-presenting,Duck -Breeding- astounding at Ghomoria, or BioDiesel
Propagating), and the waiting and watching big real Boss Sonia--- never said a
word to stop the Concocter/s concocting!
Sounds all like from the Movie Borat.
