<Perhaps one can get away with microcredit; it is not the solution to world poverty. We need entrepreners of the type Abhijit recommends>

We need to make every life a production oriented one to make a money-driven economy meaningful.

i.e.Go back to basics:

  • Produce( most of) What you need to Consume(Including men, services and materials)
  • Consume ( mostly) What you can Produce  (Including Expertize, money, food)

Microcredit: Not an answer . Controlled Money supply and Motivation:Only Answer.

Many in Assamnet and of course in  India hate Assam  implementing these 2 basics.

I knew something was wrong with microcredit. Now, Abhijut Banerjee deserves the kudos!
