Bill on Mizo language dropped
New Delhi: The Rajya Sabha today witnessed an emotional outburst from a Mizo
National Front member who moved a Bill to include Mizo language in the Eighth
Schedule of the Constitution but walked out of the House to protest the
government indifference towards the Northeast when the minister rejected the
demand. PTI
