Though the Harvard Education prof is into education policy he seems to write as 
if he has been to Middle East and has lived there for long. Do muslims really 
don't believe in nationality - as he suggests. 
 
What does that translate for our Indian muslims - 150 million of them - 2nd 
largest muslim community in the world? What does it translate in terms of 
Bangladeshi illegal immigrants into Assam - changing the state's demographics - 
and the specter of Greater Bangladesh ---- I wonder if the learned professor 
was making too general a statement - a simple approach.
