ofcourse, those already on H-1B visas would have realized that changing jobs
would be extremely difficult since every new employer would have to prove that
s/he completed all visa formalities (it takes about 60 days or more) before
they can offer jobs to foreign workers.
On the other hand , after someone leaves a job the previous employer send info
to Immigration and that worker has only 45 days to get a new job or else go
back to where s/he came from.
Any comments?
Now who is planning to come to US for work? It seems worse than the Saudi
Arabian work permit system, does it?
