At the risk of being charged with insensitivity to the plight of these flood
victims, one cannot help wondering, IF, there will now be a presidential
plan/canal /aqueduct to take flood waters out of
Gujarat to someplace where it might be more needed,like Tamilnadu ? Shall we
say by 2020?

district was badly hit by the continousdownpour. About 700 school children who
were stranded in Alfa schooldue to flooding have been rescued.Twenty two
children of a Swaminarayan school, who were trapped in abus marooned by flood
waters in Jasapar village of Jamnagar districtwere also rescued.
