That is really, really sad. Someone was telling me the other day that official figures of the number of tigers and rhinos is way over-blown. The actualy numbers are far fewer.
Hopefully, this is taken very, very seriously. With each rhino killed, the state and people are hit with tremendous loss. Maybe there are lessons from places like Kruger National Park, South Africa.
