of analysis based on caste is allowed to post in this group for a long time.One

Thursday June 28, 2007 Mikirghuli, under Garshuk Polis Station, 4 Baro boys
were rounded up during lunchtime by Officer-In-Charge OBC ISI Narayan Patangia
but released after an elderly local woman question on the street why/where he
was taking the innocent boys - these boys were day labours came to Guwahati to
work from poor villages from Baska district of greater Kamrupi land.After the
4-Baro-boy incident, a Kamrupi women's group cautioned Mr Narayan Patangia of
risking "mekhla ring" on his neck in a meeting right at Gakhir Chak where two
Vaishnav boys were taken off from Bus and brutally gunned down. The women's
group called for the meeting and invited him to the meeting.Poor labours come
to Guwahati from poor villages of greater Kamrupi land because the daily wages
in Guwahati is good, also they don't find work at poor villages.As per the
investigation as of to date, OBC ISI Commander-In-Chief of Unified
Command-Structure CM Tarun Gogoi did not authorize any investigation probe to
any of these innocent murders committed by other ISIs under his command.While
he had ordered investigation probes on innocent murders for Ahom within 12
hours of murder. see link
