To my most astonishments, while watching this evening at 1900 hrs, CNNIBN
news my being favourite channel,did watched the Guwahati special presented
nicely by Deborshi Chaki- the typical Bengalee reporter based at Guwahati.The
report is well photographed and planned to edit uncensored to created Anti
Assam feelings and movement worldwide.Lately what made Deborshi to do so is
unknown.What he narrated is blame to entire locals and Assamese people involved
in the brutality.As all the TV channel plays a very crucial ANTI ASSAM ROLE in
the region, now it seems the Bengal monopoly is highly active.By hook or crook
they are now fuming up the Santhals and Tea garden labourers to come up against
the people of Assam.
While all the dirty took placed in Nandigram or recent anti Talisma violence
in Kolkata(Calcutta), the all TV channel merely focussed something brutal that
had happened really.The murder/brutal butchers was never aired nor talked on
TV.But for Assam, a small incident of a particular location created with the
high influence of dirty Anti Assam politicians in the name of some genuine
demand is emerged as a major issue with the help of these Anti Assam reporters
living in Assam.Compatring to Nandigram issue its nothing.But violating the TV
airing norms, airing the only AATSA activist beating scene being selected
specifically is more surprising.What had happened to arson and looting and well
planned attack by the AATSA people to the locals the moment they got down from
the bus?Was these Tv channel ready to capture only selected shots of video?Why
then they failed to or willingly not taken these video what I mentioned??Will
Assam Tribune authority or the people of Guwahati
will question of the so called Indian Tv channels way or working under
democracy or act to air?Why then Nandigram videos never been aired?Once TV
channels were covering the planned AATSA attacks on innocent residents, why
then they failed to air these?Why only to create Anti Assam propaganda again
and again at the mercy of Bengal monoploy to Assam.If people of Guwahati thinks
that merely coming to Guwahati for settlement or business is causing problem to
them, then its God to help!
Cant we all come up as Assamese in whole and protest to the TV media systems
in Assam.Why they cant be asked to shut as Kolkata can do for their state?Will
ULFA Ruby Bhuyan ask TV media to shut down from Assam?When its flood fury in
Assam, all the time only Bihari and Bengalee afected area are shown in TV.Why
not the real deep marooned villages?Mostly only Bihar flood is focussed.
I feel its time now to say these anti Assam TV reporters to quite the region
or telecast with local people, not with their hard blooded anti assam slogans.
I feel sad.The so called intellectuals/journalists still sleeping in Guwahati
as if rest of Asam has nothing to do with Guwahati. Its fire in the Ass- they
are still far away from national limelight of their own motherland!!
For anti Assam lobby its the right time to come up again after 1972.........
to burn the region.
