Also, I forgot. I want to help remove the 'stray dog phenomenon' all over India (I wish!), starting in Guwahati, Assam. Is there an animal shelter in Guwahati (or anywhere in Assam)? I heard in Khanapara (not necessarily the Veterinary college compound), there is one such place where stray dogs are sheltered and taken care of, and that help is available so that don't get over-populated to the point where they would have to become stray again. Any information on it will be greatly appreciated.
