Yes, ULFA did what they could do for massive destructions in the NE.Now you can get anyone wearing one gamocha for 2000 Rs. to keep a bomb or plant a bomb anywhere.Or the Rickshaw puller.Pay him double tie cost of his vehicle- he wil do that.Because its now money- that pays like Manikumar Subba pays to Govt of India! LOng ago in Dhemaji, a large number of schol kids was killed in crude bomb explosions.The brainless persons thought that Military and CRPF will do the RD parade.But it was only the kids.. and the bomb exploded. ULFA top brass are thinking they are wel sheltered by Dhaka.But they are in fact under ISI custidy and can never imagine to come out nor sit for negotiations with Govt of India, at any cost.Either ISI will kill al with their lovers/kids/wives etc.But the game never ends here to- one day they will be taken to Pakistan with more LALSA.And if they refuses to accept ISI HUKUMs, they wil be chopped off.This is the game.To say in nutshell-They ultimately will be kiled or buried in Pak soil, not in their swadhin desh! And so is Al Quaeeda... force behind all, targeting NEI.Who ever has litle existing brain, they are coming out of ULFA and surrenders.Who stil dreams like a kings dream, they are- Govt of India, IB etc know al well.So they are simply resting, without any wastage of time.All know well thefete.
