Hi Manoj: If you see Mr. Condpon, please convey my best wishes to him for a speedy and complete recovery.
Sylvious kokaideu and his then room mate Akhil Sarma were the first two people I met when our father took me to Don Bosco Hostel at Guahati back in 1959. The regular students had not yet returned from their summer vacation. The two shared a hot and dark small room below the water tank structure at the DBS hostel while they attended college. He may or may not remember me, but I remember him well: Tall, dark and always smiling and impeccably dressed in a white long sleeved shirt and starched trousers, even while he worked part time at the DBS saw-mill while attending college. He was a highly respected elder at our close community of boarding students at DBS. I always remembered their advice: " Don't forget WHY you are coming here: to learn." They cautioned me that many a boarding student arriving from remote and rural environments, lose their sense of purpose in the freedoms of the boarding school environment; and that I must not be one of them. c-da > >Manoj Das <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > ---------- Forwarded message ---------- >From: Tajul Bakshi > >Shri.
