I am not against aNYone having a car, Krishnendu. I would do exactly the same
for my parents. Their safety and comfort is number one in my book too.

It is just that the condition of the roads (and everything else) makes me sad
and sometimes mad. The rich have no consideration for the poor and the ordinary
people, or for the street outside their homes, or the environment.

Then, isn't it like that everywhere and what am I complaining about? Well, it
is worse when it is man-made and which could be changed if the rich and the
powerful ones do pay some attention to the basic things that need to be
changed. We need not be satisfied with what is there, but look for the better
and for others (excuse me for being a self-appointed lecturer here).

Well! am I trying to depress you on a Friday evening? No, no! Don't worry about
a thing.

Go out and have fun and a great long weekend!!

Regards,
- Alpana Baideu
