anyone from Assam or rest of Indian govt ministries interested? I have attended one of these programs for Free - as a graduating student whose classmates were part of the organizing body -- really useful. I learned quite a few new things - such as how to rank organizations, how Scottish education system is going for ISO 9000 certification for Total Quality Management etc.
