On Saturday night we had a great Bihu celebration in Washington DC as well
where people from as far as 200 miles came to attend. Lots of dances and songs
and a few items. I was late by 3 hours (since I had to go to work that day but
it was great fun)
It was a new experience to hear the national anthem sung in Assamese.

Dear Umesh,
This is to inform with pride that now I am starting own enterprises for Eco
Friendly jungle adventure camps at Om Shanthi Dham, located 100 km from
Bangalore city, beyond Kanakpura.
Om Shanthi Dham is a pure vegetarian and alcoholic drink prohibited natural
resort with delicious dishes, nutritious food/juices and adventure facilities
by the bank of river Cauvery. Its further 5 km from Sangam. Being with fully
covered by the nature- far from the madding crowd, the beauty of nature is
realized living far away from congested city busy life. The camp is well
equipped with deluxe suite to hi tech tent accommodations with all 3 star
facilities. This resort got one Gurukula which teach encient Vedic education in
CBSE syllabus.
The camp provides basic adventure facilities of Jungle Trek(Day and
night),Archery,Coracle ride on the Cauvery river,Tarzan Jump,Ditch
Jump,Balancing the beam,Trust Fall and swimming in the river cauvery with
guides.All the activities are exclusively under my control .There is a hi
tech medical center to provide basic and emergency medical
facilities/medicines at free.I take care of medical emergencies.
The adventure activity is of one day or more depending upon
need. However night stay is more enjoyable inside jungle to enjoy the real
nature. Wild elephants visit often and so the entire large camp area is
well fenced with DC volt electric current. I am yet to make the web site
and soon all details will be available with web site. Please encourage me
by telling your friends and relatives at home or office to come and enjoy
the Eco jungle adventure camp. I would love if you join.
