UP CM has a separate intelligence team all over UP.. kind of private CID team... they report to CM directly on activities of District Magistrates, Local MLAs, etc.
Under Mayavati's administration, the DM's are ordered to be at office from 10am to 1pm on weekdays to attend all types of complaints, problems, of citizens.
