North South Foundation is a United States Based organization. They organize
various events like Spelling Bee competitions and also donate part of their
proceeds for the welfare of students of India. Krishanu Kaushik of Detroit ,
Michigan, USA happened to know about it and initiated a collaborative effort
with Mrinal Talukdar and Nanda Talukdar Foundation of Guwahati which resulted
in a wonderful synergy and scholarships to three of the medical students of
