Can we have a listing of the previous recent episodes of such sudden release from reservoirs in Assam , Arunachal and Bhutan and even elsewhere in India, that have already cost those living downstream dearly? We need to have ready reference of these episodes to demonstrate the trustworthiness of promises by the operators.
