Hi C'da: In case you did not know :), it means Oxom - the way you would probably write 'Assam', but not necessarily have been or needs to be accepted by all.
Now before some one asks me, what it is?, just because they might be upset with me for some other reason, it is 'Okhom', Osom - one of the northeastern states of India. BTW, we never did get snow in our part of the world, Spring/Houston, that is.
