Its a great loss indeed , i palnned to meet his by this month end for a
discussion on preparing dossier of Majuli as World Heritage Site

Apart from his sad demise, i have shocked & having immense pain that except
Tribune group no news paper has given due regards to this personality

A very bad indication low profile but dedicated worker in serious field
