I'm very sad to know that Bijayda, is know more. I didn't met him presoannly , but we had telephonic talk several time on various occasion on various topic.He wanted me to meet him personally, I even tried once when I went Guwahati in last March. But couldn't. I was just planning to make the same in my next visit. but that will now never come again. He was very learned, but polite one. He was a silence worker. All he wanted some devoted worker for KAS. I'm really feeling guilty for not being able to meet him.
