Declared Guwahati a" no-more-population-above 5 Lakhs" zone years
back.Hence no more New Buildings permission in any area in Guwahati will be
available till 2016 .

settle here
Pensions can be paid only if the person returns and settled at joining place.
Assam Govt has no right to underwrite any loan taken from Banks for building
palaces in Guw-- because Assam people may not agreeGovt Land will always remain
Peoples' - and no Pattas to anybody.Anybody trespassing will forfeit land
