Dear Netters;
Hearty congratulations to Buljit; just learned from my netter friends
that he has earned
his doctorate. I know he was studying. He keeps himself abreast of
what is happening in Assam in the fields of education, culture,
technology and a lot of other things and is an indomitable contributor
to the Assam Net.
I failed to fish out his email address from my unkempt desk and
therefore share this good news with the rest of the netters. Hope Dr
Buljit Bura Gohain won’t mind this lapse.
