Dear Netters:
Times of India has this report on today's paper (10 11 2011). We
already know that our educational system needs an overhaul,
particularly in Assam.
There are two or three other articles in the paper which point out that
our students prefer to study abroad. Can't we NRIs do anything to bring
about the much-needed change?
