Barak students bag 9 ranks Assam Class 12 Exam Result 2012:
Science: 1st Position Sankhya Chakraborty, Silchar Commerce: 1st Position Jugal Kishor Rathi, Silchar Barak Valley schools and colleges fared very well in the higher secondary (HS) examinations. While in the science section, the first position was secured by Sankhya Chakraborty of Ramanuj Gupta Junior College with a total of 482 marks, the commerce topper was by Jugal Kishor Rathi of the same institute with a total of 446 marks. Students from Barak Valley institutions secured a total of nine ranks, six of which are from Ramanuj Gupta Junior College, a private institute in Silchar. In the science section, Sandipan Choudhury and Saugata Roy of Ramanuj Gupta College secured the 4th and 5th ranks respectively. In commerce, too, Shivam Dutta and Ankita Ghosh of the same institute stood 3rd and 4th respectively.
