damsites . Even if Killer Xuvonxiri dam is Built High - it cannot ever
generate more than 1.4 million MW-Hrs a year. At average 14000Kw-Hr
needed to Convert Alumina to a Tonne Aluminium metal ,all you can produce=
1 Lakh Tons /year-- WITHOUT a Line costing $5.4BillionxN times. Even Vedanta
types - not to speak of NorskHydro/Alcan would have built a safe Dam Cascade
and used all the energy without a debt on Assamese' necks .
