I heard some independence related jokes on local radio - (1)In independent Texas,the detention centers would be filled with illegal white immigrants from New Mexico,Oklahoma and Arkansas. Texas would grant amnesty to the ones from Louisiana because they are cuz to the Texans. (2) The latinos don't want independent Texas because they will have to jump two fences to get to the USA. (3) Dallas is so far to the north in new Texas that Dallasites are called yankees. How about some jokes circulating in the yankee cities?
