Thanks for your mail and your great work in keeping NEPIF going. I would
like to share with you and other friends the following:

-        Nuffic is the Netherlands organisation for international
cooperation in higher education. Nuffic is a proud exponent of Linking
Knowledge Worldwide and is part of the Dutch higher education field. Its
goal is to support Dutch institutions and the Dutch government in
international cooperation. Nuffic has two offices in India (
http://www.nesoindia.org/ ).

-        About Career in Holland they have launched a new video. The URL is

-        Although it is not about Assam and the NE, yet I would like to

Over the last few months this information had done the rounds a number of
times. It is about the maiden voyage of zeppelin Hindenburg and its disaster
more than 75 year ago in 1937. This is from 1937. As this has some
historical importance, I have taken the liberty of mailing it across for
those who missed it.  Sorry for unintentional cross postings. **Be sure to

crash.

Dear friends:

 

We are trying to revive the joint campus placement events of NEPIF member
institutes. Colgate Palmolive have shown interest to recruit students from
us. I would request you to kindly communicate the below mentioned guidelines
- 


1. All students should be clear that Colgate Palmolive offer an internship
programme and then take them in Colgate based on availability and
performance post 3 months of internship/6 months if extended.

2. Students who want to participate, need to have atleast 50% marks starting
class 10th. 

3. Also attaching the sheet in which you can fill in the Student
Information.

4. Colgate Palmolive prefer Marketing and Sales Students, but students with
other streams can also apply, with Marketing as minor.

5.Colgate Palmolive look at  the final year MBA/PGDBM students only.


We would need the information of the students in the format of excel sheet
attached in this e-mail by 18th February 2013. 

Dates will be communicated shortly(mostly last week of Feb/First week of
March), Request you to get the lists from the institutes by 18th February
2013.
