Just for your reference - a seminar was organised in the same line in 2011 jointly by Society for Srimanta Sankaradrva & Centre For Management Studies , Dibrugarh University. The topic chosen "Relevance of S. Xankaradeva legacy from modern management perspective" with my active initiation under panelist Dr Dambaru Dhar Nath, Prof of History D U , Dr Sanjib Kumar Borkakoti - an eminent scholar of S. Xankaradeva studies & Prof of A D B College, Nagaon , Dr Shristi Dhar Dutta,former Dean , Arunachal University & an eminent scholar of Mayamoria studies-a cult of S. Xankaradeva legacy founded by Sri Aniruddhadeva , Sjt Bhaskar Jyoti Mahanta( IPS ) & practictioner of social conflict management , Sjt Mayur Bora , an young upcoming intellectual of Aasam & Sjt Bhabananda Borbayan , an international performer cum Xattriya exponent etc. It was seemed to be the first of its kind to look at management prospect of S. Xankaradeva Studies where more than 40 students from Management fraternity & Soc iology had participated very actively without a break for 4 hours. But sorry part is that we have not been able to taken journey forward since then. Sjt Himadri Barman , Asso.
