GUWAHATI, July 11: A new website on agricultural activities and schemes for the
farmers of the state was launched today in the city. The website is
www.agripromote.com.
The proprietor of the website, Dilil Kumar Sarma, said: "This is first of its
kind in the Northeast. The farmers and entrepreneurs, who are interested to
avail bank loan with or without government schemes, can submit Bankable
Detailed Project Reports (DPRs) along with other documents at banks or
financial institutions with the help of the site in preparation of project
report. A user can download the project within a few seconds and modify it as
per his/her requirement. They can download the project after completing a
registration process with a nominal charge."
