Dear Ankur,

It was lovely to read Rupakjyoti Borah's article in Assam Tribune, courtesy
the link you shared on this forum. I had the opportunity to visit Japan
(Tokyo and Shonai town in Yamagata specifically) last year to shoot parts
of my new documentary on 2nd World War. What I found admirable is that the
Japanese do their work in a highly-efficient manner, and silently (for an
Indian, the silence was quite noticeable for me :) ). And they have a great
sense of responsibility towards their society and country, which reflects
in their social behaviour in all public spaces. We have a lot of things to
learn from them, I suppose.

regards,

Utpal Borpujari
