That (Premjee living in Nalbari voluntarily) is a very
hypothetical and unlikely assumption. Even if Nalbari
district were to produce a home bred Premjee without
impacting the economic index of the rest of the
population, the only model that could do that will be
a feudalistic model based on economic exploitation, as
opposed to economic freedom of the masses.

I guess we should try to think -

What economic options witin a system will help to
create the likes of Premji's and at the same time
uplift the economic index of the general citizen ?

I bet the answer will be Greater Choice of economic
activities and that's what the article tried indexing
on.
