Ya, not only full head, but full fish well not really
curry, but delicious Chinese
food is available in Houston too, I had it when I was
there. It was so delicious that
I and my wife ate of the whole thing, chewed all the
bones, head etc. that the
hotel person was surprised and thought that the fish
dish was not delivered
and apologized and said we will bring the dish
soon.
When we informed we already had it, he was
even more surprised because
he had not seen any one doing that before, and the
Chinese prof. who took us there
told us that in past, that was true in China too, but
present generation has forgotten it.
