The two reporters from the Sentinel and the Axomiya Pratidin went to the same presentation by Dr. Asgar Ali Engineer at Guwahati Press Club. If you read the accounts in the two papers you will see the driving force behind the two papers. Pratidin saw the positives of the speaker's neutral views and expounded on them. Sentinel on the other hand couldn't accept the neutral views of the speaker and published the news with a heading that referred to Engineer's comments on Togadia and VHP.
